发布时间:2020-03-31

On February 1, 2018, the Ministry of Environmental Protection launched the monitoring of residents' environmental and health literacy in Beijing. Carrying out monitoring of residents’ environment and health literacy is one of the key tasks of the “Environmental and Health Work Plan of the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Environmental Protection” and an important measure of the Ministry of Environmental Protection to accelerate the construction of “Beautiful China” and “Healthy China”. Through monitoring, we must grasp the current level of China’s residents’ environmental and health literacy levels and their influencing factors, provide a scientific basis for formulating differentiated literacy improvement goals and measures for different groups, and formulating and evaluating environmental management and health promotion policies, thereby promoting public participation And support the environment and health work, and promote the formation of a green lifestyle that is conducive to ecological environmental protection and physical and mental health. This monitoring is the first of its kind in my country and involves 90 counties/districts in 15 provinces (autonomous regions). It is planned to monitor 39,600 people and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2018. The Department of Science and Technology Standards of the Ministry of Environmental Protection is responsible for the organization and coordination of the monitoring work. The Chinese Environmental Science Society is the technical lead unit, and the provincial (autonomous region) environmental protection departments organize the specific implementation of the provincial environmental science society.
